Arno Backes has been dreaming about Chocolate all his life and with a keen eye for detail he has devoted himself to creating superb edible masterpieces that taste every bit as good as they look.

To this end when Arno was looking to find a builder for his new shop in Collins St, the successful company had to embody the same values. Zone and Ganache Chocolates are both in the game of creating superb pieces, whether chocolates or interiors and hence have worked really well together on this recent creation.

The skilfully crafted interior fitout features a cream and brown palette complimenting a Heritage building full of character and showcases details such as exposed brickwork, pressed metal ceilings, a dark rich timber floor and a beautifully presented counter flush with exquisitely crafted chocolates & signature deserts.
