Port Melbourne, VIC

A race well completed and a journey just begun!

Internationally recognised Specialized Bicycles with their S-Works component cycles had Albert Contador and Andy Shlek finishing first & second in the 2010 Tour De France.

Being used to dealing with winners in their field, Specialized approached Zone to assist with getting their new Australian Corporate head office of 1000sqm 'across the line'. Both companies are focused on being "classification winners" in their own disciplines and were a natural fit to work together on these exciting & innovative offices.

The offices are designed as a journey, a bike ride, meandering to different areas that house necessary activities.

From the Concept Store on arrival, featuring an over scaled bike frame as a cut-out bulkhead in Specialized Red, to the cobbled streets of the laneway off which the meeting rooms hover above the cobbles separated by slithers of grass.

Casual breakout zones act as check in points for the team to get together and the vibrant logo 'red' is used to accentuate details within the signage, kitchen break out and carpet zones.

The journey ends or begins with the Classroom which is located next to communal areas, vibrant shower and ablution facilities and as always the workshop & storage components, which is where the daily lunch bike rides depart from.

Podium finishes to the Specialized and Zone teams which have placed first & second.
